Today Year 5 had a fantastic session with Commando Joe.
We worked on our strength and stamina. Commando Joe split us into three teams, each team working on a different activity:
Firstly, Tyler gave us a wonderful demonstration on how to tackle the assualt course, then we moved around the three activities: the assault course, press-ups and sit-ups, then a running activity. The children all showed tremendous resilience and stamina, to work hard in all three activities. Well done!
